What exactly is in the pack?
The Starter pack includes an H&S Policy, Hazard Register, and Incident Report Forms — delivered as branded PDFs with your business details filled in. The Standard and Complete packs are in development and will be available soon. If you need SWMS, Toolbox Talks, or the WorkSafe Readiness Guide now, email hello@aegisdocs.co.nz and we'll let you know when they launch.
How long does delivery actually take?
After you complete the intake form, your documents are generated and emailed within 10 minutes for Starter and Standard packs. Complete pack orders are prioritised — typically under 5 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@aegisdocs.co.nz.
Are these compliant with NZ WorkSafe requirements?
The documents are written to align with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA) and associated regulations. They're grounded in WorkSafe NZ guidelines for your trade type. That said, you're responsible for reviewing the documents to make sure they accurately reflect your actual work practices — no document service replaces professional H&S advice if your situation is complex.
Can I update the documents once I receive them?
Yes. The PDFs are yours. If you need editable Word versions, let us know at hello@aegisdocs.co.nz and we can arrange that. We also recommend reviewing your H&S documents annually or when your business changes significantly.
